What is
Hood Master is an automotive painting challenge for industry professionals within the automotive painting, refinishing, & collision repair industry. Challengers push the boundaries of their creativity and unparalleled talent by creating artwork on miniature car hoods (25"x29"), which are then judged in person by a panel of industry experts, hand selected by Hood Master sponsors. Through this challenge, we educate & build awareness of the artistry & skills needed by those in the collision repair industry.

Preparing For The Future
Are you a passionate collision repair student whose ready to show you have what it takes to compete in PiN Master? Through the advocacy of the Collision Repair Education Foundation, PiN Master is a challenge for high school and college collision repair students tasked with repairing, designing, and painting retired bowling pins to win industry-related prizes. Prizes are awarded to 1st through 3rd place and Honorable Mention. Winners will receive prizes that help prepare for the start of their careers in the automotive industry and include items like tools and equipment donated by Hood Master Sponsors and supporters of CREF. Winners will be announced at the Hood Master event and through social media.
Supporting the Future of Collision Repair
Hosted at the Hood Master event, $30,000 was raised for CREF through the Silent Auction Fundraiser to support collision repair programs nationwide.
